- We can securely access information about all properties at any time and from anywhere. Sensitive data is securely housed in a state of the art data center and backed up regularly and automatically.
- Rent income payments to you can be deposited using electronic (ACH) to your bank account monthly. Checks can also be mailed out in the mail.
- Monthly statements will be delivered to you by email. You will also have on-demand access to Owners statements and reports. The statements are easy to read and provide you with a quick snapshot of your property details for the past month.
- Education is important to us and by attending continuing education courses, we stay on top of new State, Federal and Federal Fair Housing Laws. We will also help you keep your property up to date and in compliance with these laws.
- All funds are deposited into a Federally insured Client’s Trust Account, which is subject to periodic audits by the Oregon Real Estate Agency.
- All applicants for your rental homes will be screened by a local third party company specializing in rental application screening.
- If you live out of the State, as do many of our Owners, we can take care of all the details via email and phone
